Can I activate the system while I’m at home or sleeping at night?
Yes, you can use the Home Installation Mode. In this mode, the motion detectors inside your home are deactivated while all other detectors remain active. This allows freedom of movement for people inside while keeping the house protected. Thanks to magnetic contacts on your windows and doors, any unauthorized entry triggers the alarm. During installation, you can decide together with our technical service team which detectors should remain active or inactive when using this feature.
Do you provide services for system malfunctions, maintenance, or relocation?
Yes. You can share all your requests regarding malfunctions, maintenance, relocation, or additional needs by filling out our contact form. All installed systems are covered by a two-year warranty. If the issue is not caused by user error, repair, replacement, or return will be carried out in line with our expert team’s report.
I have a pet at home. Can I still use your system?
Yes. With our special pet-friendly motion detectors, pets up to 40 kg can move freely without triggering the alarm. For more details, our expert team will provide guidance during the on-site inspection of your home.
What is your return policy?
If any issue occurs with an installed product, our expert team will conduct an on-site inspection to identify the problem. If the issue is due to a defective product, it will be replaced with a new one within 14 days from the installation date.
I haven’t received my invoice; how can I get it?
Both individual and corporate invoices are delivered in printed form with the product and also sent electronically to your registered email address. If you have not received your invoice, you can contact our Customer Services department to request it.
Will my home/office be damaged during installation?
All installation procedures are carried out by our expert teams with maximum care to ensure no damage occurs to your property.
